La Finca Injury Credit Policy

Our Commitment to Your Family

We understand that injuries are frustrating and sometimes heartbreaking — especially for a player who loves the game. This policy is our way of making sure that when a significant injury keeps your child off the field, your family isn’t left carrying the full financial burden.

Who This Applies To

This policy is for currently enrolled La Finca players who experience an injury serious enough to sideline them for the majority of a season.

What Qualifies

We want to be fair and straightforward about what this policy covers:

• The injury must cause the player to miss the majority of the remaining season — not just a session or two. We know bumps and bruises are part of the game, and short absences of 1–2 sessions are not covered.

• The session in which the injury occurs is not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Credits begin from the first full session missed following the injury, calculated from the date we receive notification.

How to Let Us Know

Just reach out — a simple message or email from a parent or guardian is all we need. No doctor’s note required. We trust you, and we’ll work with you from there.

Your Options

Once eligibility is confirmed, your family can choose:

• Pro-rated Refund — Returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Session Credit — Applied to your La Finca account and usable toward any of our clinics or special events. Credits do not expire.

Please note: Credits cannot be applied toward Summer Camp programs or Fútbol Club registration.

 

A Note on Borderline Situations

We know that injuries don’t always fit neatly into categories. If your situation feels like it falls in a gray area — maybe your child missed more than a couple of sessions but not quite most of the season — please still reach out. La Finca reserves the right to use discretion in evaluating requests on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll always try to find a solution that feels right for your family. Our goal is never to make a hard situation harder.
