For cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 72 hours before the session start time, full refunds will be issued. For cancellation or reschedule requests made within 72 hours, we will offer a rescheduled date within 2 weeks if possible at no additional fee. If a booking is not confirmed, there will be no refund.
