All communications with the families after the event announcement, which La Finca will handle
Showing up and being present for the entire event duration
Collecting any fees associated with the event. This is whatever amount you decide. It's your game and there is no fee for using this service.

It's important to specify an Event Registration Deadline. This is the Date and Time all players need to sign up by (e.g. 3/12/25 at 5pm)

After submitting this form La Finca will send me an Event Registration link with the registration deadline listed above. This link cannot be used to collect fees. After the registration deadline passes, La Finca will announce the event details to the group and send me all participant contact information.
